An overview of the Floor Stripper

Here is a video of me going over the features of the floor stripper. The wind was working against us so it is hard to hear in some spots of the video. Please contact me with any questions about the machine, the video, or antyhing else. This machine does come with the cable that is about 100 feet long and I would be willing to sell the trailer too (which I will modify to a stronger flatbed trailer) prior to delivery. Thanks! Here is a script of what the video says, it might be easier to view the video once, then read this, then view the video again.

Hi we are going to walk around the machine to explain some things.

You can kind of see right here that is single phase 7 1/2 horsepower, but I also have a 3 phase 10 horsepower one that fits right into that if you have a big job. It would maybe take all of 15 minutes.

Here is the water reservoir, and this is the flow control valve. If you want to slow all operations down you can. If you are doing a tight corner or something.

These hydraulic units are from a GLG man lift which are really accesible parts, this here is the hydraulic pump.

Moving around to back of machine

You can see everything is really accessible, nothing is hard to get to.

Moving around to the other side

Here is the motor and the on/off switch.

This is a 3 spool valve. I am going to turn this on and show you.

What that is, this middle vavle is the main control for your blade height. I have got the transfer wheels on right now so you can load and unload and get where you want to go. Just 2 bolts on each one and they come right off and you are ready to strip.

The other 2 spools each control a hydraulic motor.

It is pretty easy. It can get a little wild if you have it opened up all the way, but 5 mph is ideal for VCT removal.

Let me tell you about this trailer. I will sell it to you for $700. That will include me removing the current bed of the trailer and replacing it with a sturdy bed ready for the cross country delivery. It also comes with the loading ramps for easy loading/unloading.

That is it I think, let me know if you have questions, hope you get this video.

Thanks for looking!

Floor Stripper in Action

video

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at BH Contracting, ask for Brad 406-951-2062.

I am willing to deliver the floor stripper and offer a hands on training to the buyer. Will negotiate a fair price and this will more than pay for itself in a few jobs.

Any surface that has been glued onto concrete, this stripper will scrape it right off. This machine is truly a time saver and will save aches and the pains of ripping up VCT, ceramic tile, and glue down carpet.

It is worth the investment!

Here are a few photos of the floor stripper for sale on Ebay. This is our temporary site and thank you for your patience as our website is under construction. These picture don't do it justice...check out the video above!
